Dear Janneke & family, Hilbert was an OAC classmate, friend and an usher at our wedding. We remember coming to your wedding a few years after ours and there was no doubt Hilbert had found the love of his life. As can happen, when you move around as much as we did, you can loose touch. However we caught up at the OAC 50th reunion this last June and had such a great chat with him and was so pleased to see you again too. We talked about family and farming and teased each other like we always did. We will treasure that get together and think of him often as he was then, smiling and very proud of his children and grandchildren. Fondly, Bill & Ursula Ladysmith BC
