Audrey Loughran ~ At Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton, on Friday, February 10, 2017, Mrs. Audrey Agnes Ann (Schaefer) Loughran of Listowel, in her 90th year.


Mother of Connie Bish of Kitchener, Heather and David Beirnes of R.R.2, Listowel, and Harold and Debbie Loughran of Edmonton.

Grandmother of Nigel and Tammy Beirnes of R.R.2, Listowel, Natasha and Gerald deVries of St. Mary’s, Michael Beirnes and Jenny of Listowel, Cory Loughran of Halifax, and Ryan Loughran of Edmonton, and great-grandmother of Jaxson, Alyssa, Waide, Natalie, Neeka-Lynn, Naomi, Chloe, Brooklyn, and Emrie. Remembered also by her nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents Edward and Ruby (Kemp) Schaefer, sisters Ruby Burrows, and Eleanor Schieck, brothers Justice, Ralph, and Nelson Schaefer, infant siblings Ethel and Gordon, and by her children's father Carlyle Loughran.

Audrey was a very generous soul. Her greatest love was her family; her parents, brothers and sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She never forgot a family birthday. The highlight of each year was Christmas shopping for her family.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, on Saturday, February 11th from 2:00 until the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Don McCallum officiating.

Interment in Palmerston Cemetery.
