Silvia Haag ~ At Stratford General Hospital on Monday, December 12, 2016, Mrs. Silvia Pia (Thürlemann) Haag of R.R. 2, Brussels, in her 70th year.
Beloved wife of the late Viktor Haag. Mother of Conny and Rama Frischknecht of Switzerland, Eveline and Jorn Steunebrink of R.R.1, Conn, and Roger and Karen Haag of R.R.2, Brussels, and grandmother of Laura, Angela, Jolene, Brianna, Jayden, Sam, Leah, and Nathan.
Sister of Rita and Otmar Künzle, Sophie and Manfred Mesmer, and Karl Thürlemann, all of Switzerland, and Edith and Ralf Rumpen of Germany, and sister-in-law of Klara and Fredy Kaiser, Edith and Erwin Breitenmoser, Ernst and Annalise Haag, and Elvira and Rolf Gmünder, all of Switzerland.
Predeceased by her son Erwin Haag, sister-in-law Erika Thürlemann, and parents Karl and Sophie Thürlemann.
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. with prayers at 12:30 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Listowel, on Monday, December 19th at 11:00 a.m.
Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
Memorial donations to St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
