Dorothy Cyr ~ At Listowel Memorial Hospital on Sunday, September 4, 2016, Mrs. Dorothy Maria (Parker) Cyr of Listowel, in her 73rd year.

Beloved wife of the late Jerry Cyr. She will be sadly missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brother, nieces, and nephews.

Dorothy was known from Sir Williams Fish & Chips restaurant which she and Jerry operated, as well as her time as a PSW for the area. She enjoyed cheering for the Boston Bruins, fishing in the north, and enjoying the company of her puppy.

A sincere thank you to Dr. Warren and the nurses at Listowel Memorial Hospital for the care and compassion given to Dorothy during her stay.

A private family service for Dorothy will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
