Condolence From: Bill Janzen
Condolence: I remember Leonard well from when he and Doris lived in Ottawa. He was a gifted man who made many substantial contributions. The hospitality and warm friendship that he and Doris offered meant a lot to me and to many others. I wish for you, Doris, and for each one in your family a large measure of God's grace as you reflect on the gift that he was and as you seek strength to go on without him.

Condolence From: Ann Walter
Condolence: I have fond memories of Uncle Leonard. As a young girl I was in awe of how smart he was -- to the point that it was sometimes intimidating to me. But then he would crack a joke and give me a teasing wink, and any feelings of intimidation melted away. His kind, gentle soul shone through always.

Condolence: Dear Doris & Garber Family
It is with my deepest sympathy expressed to your family of the loss of Mr. Garber. My fondest memories of the many things he taught me and the years of working together at Agriculture as well as the wonderful treats he would proudly bring to work that Doris had made. His love of family first and his hard work developed a wonderful life and I will miss him.
